Frequently Asked Questions
Will my subscription renew automatically?
Your DFM subscription will renew automatically every two months until you cancel or your subscription ends in that set of 6 boxes. You can cancel at any time by contacting us at any time here.
When is my credit card charged?
DFM subscriptions will be when the box is shipped. They are paid upfront prior to the shipping of each box until the subscription ends.
Can I get just one box?
At this time DFM does not sell individual boxes. We believe the value comes from bringing all our items togethers as a complete experience.
I or a loved one is at a later stage of dementia?
At this stage we are supporting early stages of dementia. We are developing future boxes that are more suitable for those at later stages and will be making them available soon.
Can I skip a delivery?
At this stage DFM does not offer a skip option. However you can cancel at any stage and future boxes will not be delivered. If you restart at a later stage we can continue from where you left off until the end of the subscription period.
How much is shipping?
Standard in Australia shipping is included with all our boxes.
Where does DFM Ship from?
All our orders are shipped from Melbourne.
Do you ship boxes overseas?
At this stage DFM is only shipping within Australia. We have to expand globally as soon as possible.
