Maintaining good sleep
Some strategies that can help improve sleep
- Try maintaining a regular sleep schedule as much as possible (going to and getting out of bed)
- Avoiding large meals before bedtime
- Reducing naps through the day
- Avoiding caffeine or alcohol later in the day
- Making sure the sleeping environment is conducive of sleep: Darkness, low noise and cool temperature
